The Challenge…

For this international business looking to take their business to new heights, growing their UK team was a must. They were looking to drive their software’s UK presence and were eager for an Enterprise Country Manager to join their ranks.

Working in such a niche market meant that the role was quite a tricky one to fill. So much so that the two other agencies they worked with were unsuccessful in finding the right people for previous roles. Having developed a great relationship with the client over time, Concept began working with the client on a full retained basis to timescales and a search agreement which ticked all their boxes.

Having taken a deep dive into the inner workings of their business and meeting with international counterparts for the role in question, we gained a strong understanding of the intricacies of the role and the type of person required.

After drafting up a competitor analysis, full market map and candidate profiling document, we were able to go ahead with our candidate search. Having pulled together a shortlist of the strongest candidates on the market, we took them through our screening process and conducted first stage interviews so that the client only met with the very best.

The Outcome…

After narrowing it down to the 3 best candidates in the UK market, we put them forward for final video conferencing and face to face interviews with the client. Impressed with the calibre of candidate we were able to provide, we’re pleased to say they found their ideal Country Manager who has integrated seamlessly into the business.
